We needed the gas pipe that runs from the meter to the boiler rerouting through the garage. The plumber we historically used has recently retired and so we’re on the lookout for someone new. We booked Craig over the phone and he came out that day to assess the work and subsequently we booked him in for the following week. Craig arrived on time and (according to my builder) got straight to it and worked hard to finish the job. Very pleased with the work. Have asked him back to do some other jobs.

We called Craig after being let down by a plumber used by our builder who’d created a few issues and he was happy to help. He resolved all of the problems. Stuck with him since and also recommended him to my sister for a tricky job on a boiler they’d inherited when they bought a large house and he sorted that too. They were really happy with his work too. Craig is also a very friendly guy and always happy to help which is also a bonus.

Craig was very helpful when the tap in our downstairs loo stopped working. Before coming out he went through a few things over the phone to see if we could fix the problem ourselves. He advised we needed a new tap and booked us in. He arrived on time as promised. The job was more tricky than he expected but he got on with it and we now have a perfect working tap again. He was pleasant and cleaned up afterwards. We would definitely recommend Craig.
